*Please note* NetPARENT version 1.1.3.9. might not detect the internet monitor, fail to configure the internet adapter, fail to pass captured packets to an application for network monitoring and analysis or will not be able to notify on predetermined triggers on TCP/IP traffic due to the following reasons:
- The technology (driver) and hardware (wireless card) of the computer is outdated and results in certain limitations/driver limitations.
- The user is on dail-up connection.
- The user is using a 3G card that will currently be identified as a dial–up connection that is not yet compatible with the NetPARENT application settings. This feature is currently being addressed.
