NetParent Refund Policy

Software purchased on-line through our website is considered opened at the time of purchase.
Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be duplicated. Once a license has been issued, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall  it. Therefore, NetParent does not accept product returns or exchanges.  

NetParent does offer a 14 day money back guarantee in the case of technical issues for which we are responsible.

To be considered for a refund you must send an email to refunds@netparent.co.za within 14 days from purchase date.

List the following information in the body of your email:

Your cellular number as submitted in your registration
The date of order
The version of Windows that you are running  
Please describe the issue you are experiencing with the software
Upon receipt of your request, all eligible refunds will receive a credit within 7 to 10 business days. Due to billing cycles, the refund may not appear on the same credit card statement as the original charge.

Please note that, except for the reasons listed above, NetParent carries a no-refund policy on Software Licenses.

We do not warrant the contents of the Software Product or that the software itself will be error free. The Software Product is furnished "AS IS" and without warranty as to the performance or results you may obtain by using the Software Product. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the Software product is assumed by you.
